This instrument has a flat metal handle, a rounded curve at the end and a knobbed tip.
The plane of the handle is at right angles to the curvature of the hook.

Uses? The name itself should remind you of it's uses!
LENS. Used to extract out dislocated lens.
EXPRESSOR. Used to express the nucleus in extracapsular cataract extraction.
HOOK. Can be used as a muscle hoook :)
