Mnemonic for foramen of cranial nerves

Here are awesome notes drawn by Mini on foramina for passage of cranial nerves:

Mnemonic for foramen of cranial nerves
Foramen spinosum transmits meningeal branch of trigeminal nerve (nervus spinosus, supplies the dura) and middle meningeal artery and vein.
Remember it as Spine - MiNe (rhymes)

Foramen ovale - MALE structures (Ovary is in feMALES!)
Mandibular branch of trigeminal nerve (V3)
Accessory middle meningeal artery
Lesser petrosal nerve
Emmisary vein

Jugular foramen- 3N, 2S, 1A
Nerves - 9, 10, 11
Sinuses - Sigmoid and inferior petrosal sinuses
Artery - Posterior meningeal artery

How to remember what goes through what in jugular foramen?
Nerves are in them middle. Medial part of jugular foramen is closer to Petrous part of temporal bone so inferior petrosal sinus medial.

Superior orbital fissure contents mnemonic  - Occulomotor, Opthalmic, Trochlear, Abducens
Jugular canal contents - Glossopharyngeal, Vagus, Accessory nerves
