Authors diary: Tip for solving multiple choice questions

So this random tip comes from a fun conversation that I was having with my study partner today.

If multiple options relating to the same diagnosis are in the options, your diagnosis is incorrect.

For example, imagine a cryptic question asking you the complication of a disease.  If both hypertension and intracranial aneurysms are in the options, the answer isn't AD polycystic kidney disease :P

Might not always be true, but it helped solved today's question :D
