Hello
Lets remember drugs which cause rise in serum potassium levels:
1 - SpironolactONE ( and other potassium sparing diuretics )
3 - TRImethoprim, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, Beta blockers (B = 3) :p
5 - NSAIDs, PENTAmidine, Sulfa drugs
7 - HEParin, cycloSporine
9 - ArgiNINE hydrochloride
Wohhooo... So we have successfully ( SUCCINYLCHOLINE ) memorised the drugs with mnemonic made up of odd digits ( DIGITALIS ) :D
That's all
Happy studying :)

# Rx Mechanism
1 SpironolactONE (& other K-spar Diur) Inhib aldo or ENaC Channel
2 β-2 blockers Interferes with β2-mediated intracellular K uptake
3 TRImethoprim, Inhib renal tubular Cr Secr, & ENaC
4 Cyclosporine (FOURine) Blocks aldo activity
5 PENTAmidine, NSAIDs ↓Renal perfusion ↓K deliv to CD
6 ACEi + ARB Inhib aldo
7 HEParin Blocks Aldo Production
8 Bl∞d Transfusions (pRBCs leak K in storage)
9 ArgiNINE Hcl Cationic displacement of intracellular K
* Inhibits Na-K ATPase pump
**Causes extracellular leakage of K through Ach rcptrs
