Causes of primary hypothyroidism mnemonic

Hi!

Common causes of primary hypothyroidism:
( mnemonic: DR. HIT )


- Drugs (PAS, Lithium, Amiodarone, Interferons )
- Radiation therapy
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis
- Iodine (deficiency and excess)
- Thyroidectomy
