CLINICAL                             PRESENTATION                  


Grayish Vesicles on                Posterior Oropharyn   

(soft palate, tonsils,

tonsillar pillars, Uvula)                    

                                      


Clusters of vesicles on       Anterior Oropharynx

(Lips, buccal mucosa, tongue, gingiva, hard palate)


TREATMENT                                                                    

                                              


Supportive management with oral hydration and analgesics

Oral Acyclovir
