Clinical vignette clues for multiple choice questions: Infected food and food poisoning.

Hello!
This is for all those who are studying bacteriology.
Certain foods can transmit very specific infections, and examiners like to go after it. Make sure you know this list!

Food.. Infected food.
Custard, Potato salad: Staphylococcus aureus
Soft cheese: Listeria monocytogenes
Rice dishes: Bacillus cereus
Hamburger: E coli O157:H7
Red meat dishes: Trichinella spiralis
Poorly canned green vegetables: Clostridium botulinum
Smoked fish: Clostridium botulinum
Shell fish: Hepatitis A
Poultry: Campylobacter jejuni
Infected milk products: Listeria monocytogenes, Brucella species, Mycobacterium bovis, Salmonella species, Campylobacter species
