Biochemical tests for Streptococcus pneumoniae mnemonic

Hey!
I had made a mnemonic to remember the biochemical tests given by Streptococcus pneumoniae.

Mnemonic: Strept pneumonia will BOInQ (boink) your brains out.
Bile solubility
Optoschin sensitivity
Inulin fermentation
Quellung reaction

All of the above tests given positive by Pneumococci and differentiates Streptococcus pneumoniae from other Streptococci.

    and i have a question is it quellung[https://goo.gl/Kv9S9T] or quelling the reason i am asking that is pnemonia is cause disease in lungs so we can memorize as Quell-"LUNG"

      Oh sorry, it was a typing mistake. It's Quellung, not quelling! :)
      (Quelling is an art form, maybe auto correct happened xD)
