Poor prognostic factors for schizophrenia mnemonic

Hello!

This is a mnemonic for some (not all) prognostic factors for schizophrenia.

Disclaimer: The mnemonic is sexist :/

Poor prognostic factors for schizophrenia mnemonic: "A young teenage boy suddenly and slowly withdraws from his family."

Young teenage: Onset in childhood or adolescence
Boy: Male sex
Suddenly: No precipitant
Slowly: Gradual onset (prodrome)
Withdraws: Negative symptoms
Family: Family history of schizophrenia

Good prognostic factors are:
Older age of onset
Female Sex
Acute onset with precipitant
Positive symptoms
No family history

That's all!
