This curvy scissor is used to enlarge stuff. Enlarge incisions, to be precise ;)
Enlarge corneal incision in keratoplasty operation.
It also cuts.
Sclera. Trabecular tissue. Conjunctiva.
If you have trouble remembering, you can remember C for "Curved" scissors and C for "Corneal" scissors and I think of C section which reminds me of "section" enlarging scissors
