I'm planning to make this section of things from surgery that are so very hard to remember. Mostly, names of surgeries and stuff.
The hint is in the last two words, pyloric stenosis.
pyloRic STEnoSis: R _ _ STE_ _ S. Fill in the blanks!
RamSTEdtS!
How I remember the tube used for Balloon Tamponade in esophageal varices:
Tamponade Balloon - Sengstaken Blakemore. Just stare at the letters in common & somehow you'll get it.
That's all for now!
I'll update it as and when I come up with more :)

Surgical treatment of Achalasia cardia mnemonic
acHALasia has a HAL & it reminds me of HELler's operation.
Heller's operation is esophagocardiomyotomy.
Similar to Heller's operation is Ramstedt's operation for pyloric stenosis. Ramstedt's operation is pyloromyotomy.
How I remember Ramstedt's operation is done for congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis:The hint is in the last two words, pyloric stenosis.
