Mnemonic: PAGETS PAGED
Here's everything you need to know about Paget's cells histologically -
Prominent nucleoli
Adenocarcinoma cells
G looks like C for clear cytoplasm
Epithelium of epidermis (Present in epithelium of epidermis)
Transparent surrounding (Appear to lie in a vacuoles)
Secretion vacuoles that contain mucin may be present

Here's the clinical stuff -
P for Pruritus
At the Areola and nipple

D for underlying DCIS (Hence, always do a mammogram with skin biopsy!)
