Ankylosing Spondylitis (Radiological signs notes)
Ankylosing Spondylitis is also known as Bechterew disease and Marie Strümpell disease)

Shinning edges / Corner sign:
Early spondylitis is characterised by small erosions at the corners of vertebral bodies with reactive sclerosis (Romanus lesions of the spine: shiny corner sign).

Squaring of vertebral bodies

Bamboo spine: Due to diffuse syndesmophyitic ankylosis.

Sword spine: Due to interspinous ligament calcification.

Shoulders: Large erosion of anterolateral aspect of humeral head produces 'hatchet' deformity.

That's all!
Thanks, Shireesha!
