Step 2 CS: What to ask a patient with positive pregnancy test

What to ask if a patient comes in with a positive pregnancy test:


Ask about gynecological history, including LMP
Ask about obstetric history (Previous pregnancies, abortions)
Ask about symptoms of pregnancy (Vomiting, weight changes, etc)
Ask about social history (Sexual activity, smoke or alcohol. Asked whether planned and screen for abuse)

That's all!

    Every woman's body produces hormones in different doses and so on, and some suffer from a positive pregnancy test the day before the expiry date, teen pregnancy
