Gout and pseudogout mnemonic

Hello!

Remember N for Gout:
N for Na urate crystals
N for Negative refringent crystals on polarised microscopy
N for Needle shaped crystals

Remember P for Pseudogout:
P for Pyrophoshate
P for Positive refringent crystals on polarised microscopy
P for Pseudogout
Add a line to P and get R, R for rectangle or rhomboid shaped crystals
