Monostotic - Upper femur
Polyostotic - Craniofacial region
Osteochondroma - Distal femur
Adamantioma - Tibia
Ameloblastoma - Mandible
Chordoma - Sacrum
Multiple myeloma - Lumbar vertebrae
Osteoblastoma - Vertebrae
Enchondroma - Short bones of the hand
Unicameral bone cyst - Upper end of humerus

Mnemonic: Cord reminds you of spinal cord, which ends in the sacrum

Multiple myeloma - Lumbar vertebrae
Osteoblastoma - Vertebrae
Mnemonic: Multiple blasts in vertebrae

Enchondroma - Short bones of the hand
Mnemonic: En is a short word, enchondroma in short bones of hand

Unicameral bone cyst - Upper end of humerus
Aneurysmal bone cyst - Lower limb metaphyses (Tibia and femur)
