- Renal impairment : proteinuria, hematuria, edema, hypertension
- Arthritis : multiple joints (hands, wrists, ankle, knee)
- Serositis : pleural and pericardial inflammation
- Seizures and psychosis
- Photosensitivity
- Rash (malar and discoid)

LABORATORY DIAGNOSIS - I C (I see)
- Immunologic markers : ANAs, anti- dsDNA, antiphospholipid antibodies, RO, LA, anti- histone ( in case of drug induced lupus ) - It's never lupus mnemonics.
- low Complement levels ( due to more demand but less supply ).
Also, perform a direct Coomb's test if there are no suspected clinical findings of hemolytic anemias.
Note that there must be the presence of 4 or more than 4 features ( at least 1 clinical and 1 lab ) to diagnose SLE. If not, renal biopsy should be positive for signs of lupus nephritis, along with presence of ANAs or anti - dsDNA.
Thats all
Hope this helps :)
