Features suggesting fracture of patella mnemonic :
- Bruises over the front of knee ( a tell-tale sign of direct trauma)
- PAin
‐ Tenderness (swollen knee d/t haemarthrosis)
- Extensor Lag
- no Leg lift ( inability to lift the leg with full knee extension)
- Audible sounds (crepitus)
