T = Trunk leaning forward (with outstretched hands placed on the knees)
O = Open Mouth
NE = Neck hyperextended with chin thrust forward
Seen in acute airway obstruction :
Pediatric Epiglottitis
Ludwig angina
Severe respiratory distress (eg. Severe asthma)
