Polymyalgia rheumatica and giant cell arteritis mnemonic

Here's a mini post for the day!

What are the symptoms of Polymyalgia rheumatica? What is it associated with?
Symptoms of Polymyalgia rheumatica:
Stiffness, aching and pain in the muscles of the neck, shoulders, back, hips, thighs.

PMR is associated with Giant cell arteritis.
Suggested clinically by: Fever, anemia, high ESR in a patient > 50 years of age.
