Hirsutism mnemonic

The mnemonic for causes of hirsutism is, "Hair On Chin"

Hyperprolactinemia
Hypothyroidism

Ovarian tumors
Ovarian syndrome (Polycystic ovarian syndrome)
Obesity

Cushing's syndrome
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia

Hair on chin also reminds you that hirsutism is male pattern hair growth differentiating it from virilization (Which also includes other male characteristics like voice change!)
