Kawasaki disease mnemonic and notes

Kawasaki, a Japanese name, reminds me of anime!

So I drew this anime character, having Kawasaki's disease. Can you label the 5 things she'll have besides the fever to make a clinical diagnosis of the disease?

Kawasakis disease
For those who don't know, Kawasaki disease is a vasculitic disease of medium sized arteries.
It occurs mostly in children less than 5 years of age.

The patient must have fever >39 degree Celsius for 5 days as well as 4 out of the following 5 criteria for clinical diagnosis:

1. Conjunctivitis: Usually bilateral and non purulent.
2. Oral changes: Erythema, fissured lips, strawberry tongue.
3. Cervical lymphadenopathy: Must be greater than 1.5 cm, usually unilateral.
4. Rash on trunk.
5. Extremity changes: Erythema, edema, desquamation of hands and feet.

Give a pat on your back if you could enumerate even one out of five :D

Mnemonic: ABCDEF RST
Anterior uveitis
Bulbar conjunctivitis
Cracked lips
Cervical lymphadenitis
Coronary artery aneurysm
Desquamation of hands and feet
Edema of hands and feet
Fever > 5 days
Rash
Strawberry tongue

The heart in the diagram represents the most serious complication of Kawasaki disease, can you name it?

Yes, you're right. Coronary artery aneurysm!

That's all!
