Pearls are found at the bottom (base) of the ocean.
Pearly appearance is characteristic of basal cell carcinoma.
Marjolins becomes Malignant in Malformed skin.
Marjolin's ulcer is squamous cell carcinoma in previously traumatized, chronically inflamed, or scarred skin.
You can see them in:
Chronic wounds
Burn injuries
Venous ulcers
Ulcers from osteomyelitis
Post radiotherapy scars.
