ECG quiz: ST elevation in aVR and ST depression in other leads

Quiz question: ST elevation in aVR and ST depression in other leads is suggestive of?


Answer: STE-aVR (≥1 mm) with diffuse ST depression in other leads is usually a sign of severe left main disease.

Just a random thing I learnt in cardiology conference the other day!
