Colles fracture mnemonic

Hello fellow medical students!
Colles fracture is associated with a "Dinner fork" deformity so I remember the other eating utensil, the "Spoon" to memorize everything about Colles.

Let's start with the basics:
Swelling
Pain
Osteoporosis
Outstretched hand
(Colles fracture presents with swelling and pain at the wrist, seen in osteoporotic menopausal women, who fall on the outstretched hand.)
SPOO..
This mnemonic is for remembering the technique of closed manipulation:
S for shake hands and give traction.
P for palmar flexion.
O for Other bone or Ulnar deviation. (A stretch!)
Then you apply colles cast.
SPO!
Complications of colles fracture can also be remembered with the spoon.
Sudecks osteodystrophy
Subluxation of the inferior radio-ulnar joint
Stiffness
extensor Pollicis longus tendon rupture
O looks like C for carpal tunnel
N for nonunion and malunion
SSSPON?
SPOO SPO SSSPON :P
That's all!
I am the Doctor, and this is my spoon. (DW reference)
