Hey ikan.. the FQ with 100% bioavailability is Levofloxacin (not pefloxacin, given orally). Levofloxacin is administered by iv route and excreted unchanged in urine. It had high potency and eliminated slowly.

I am not sure. All intravenous drugs have 100% bio availability.
